more Corner Brook

Another drive into Corner Brook today.

A cruise ship was docked in the Corner Brook harbor, & a typical Anglican church was downtown.

The square in front of the City Hall/Library/Museum building is dedicated to war memorials. While the museum had a bit of everything, it was heavy on war history & natural history; the exhibit on the war brides (European women who married NL men & returned home with them to Corner Brook) was especially interesting.

On my drive back to camp, I found this fella having a little drink in the middle of the road. The similar looking fox I saw at Cape Ray didn't let me get this close for pics.
