Gros Morne: northern areas
While Western Brook Pond is the big draw to the northern parts of the National Park, there are many other spots for hikes & pullouts to enjoy the scenery. I explored these area over the last 3 days.
This pic is the view out the back of my trailer. The bare flat-topped mountain on the left is Gros Morne.
Lobster Cove Head Lighthouse. The home was quite cozy.
A forest walk to a foggy headland.
Assorted views of The Long Mountains.

The coastline is varied.
A stream rushing to The Strait.
The caribou are mostly high in the mountains for the summer, so I've had to content myself with seeing these two in the local wildlife museum.
And finally, a nice sunset viewed from my campground.
