We have a few of these little drive-thru coffee huts around Pittsburgh, but they are ubiquitous in many places around Alaska. Most have some baked goods, bagel sandwiches, & smoothies, in addition to a variety of gourmet coffees.
The roads running north & south out of Ketchikan must be the best roads in all of Alaska. The fact that it very rarely freezes here surely helps.
