Yellowhead Hwy, BC into AB

The Yellowhead Highway/Rt 16, runs from Prince Rupert on the BC coast, across the Rockies, & almost to Winnipeg; it's considered a branch of the Trans-Canada Highway. So, today was my 3rd day on the Yellowhead, & three more days are planned.

Mount Robson Provincial Park

There were a couple of lakes here with water in beautiful shades of blue & green, but the color didn't photograph well due to the smoke.

Yellowhead Mountain

another milestone

This marks being back in Mountain Time Zone.

Jasper National Park

It was hard to drive through, stopping just long enough to snap a few pics. I'm hoping to return to Banff & Jasper in the summer of 2029.
